Thapsigargin study, anti-viral

Interesting quote:
Quote: Since inhibition of SERCA is a mechanism of action that has been used to target solid tumors, thapsigargin has attracted research interest. A prodrug of thapsigargin, mipsagargin, is currently undergoing clinical trials for the treatment of glioblastoma.

Quote:
... The task has been taken on by Samuel Denmeade, an oncologist at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He and his team spent 15 years engineering an analogue of thapsigargin, the active ingredient in the plant, to fight cancer cells exclusively. Thapsigargin typically works by passing through cell membranes and shutting down calcium pumps – essential for cell survival – on the inside of cells. Denmeade’s team modified the thapsigargin molecule by adding an extra peptide chain which prevents the toxin from entering cells. That is, until it encounters PSMA – an enzyme commonly found on the surface of many prostate cancer cells. PSMA cleaves the extra chain off the toxin, setting it free to do its devastating business. Precision killer While traditional chemotherapy drugs only target cells undergoing rapid growth, this new toxin is a generalist, destroying not just the cancer cells currently growing, but also those lying dormant as well as non-cancer cells recruited to help the tumour grow. ...

Very interesting.

I wonder, you have at the top of your page,

"Since late 2016 we have entered the age of disclosures! Fasten your mental safety belt and enjoy the ride! Heretic "

What does that mean? Your site has around a lot longer hasn't it?

You know there's a great deal of good news on solar power, vat grown meat and other food. New medicines and computing finding drugs even faster. Truly things are looking better and better. I just saw a compound solar cell of reasonable cost with over 40% efficiency. All kinds of great low cost material advances. Great advances in low cost energy which after all is the real limit on standard of living. But I wonder if the evil fucks running things will allow any of this to happen? They're doing everything they can to get us to eat bugs and grubs.

And this fine gif that shows computing power. I always go back to this because it's coming fast and the consequences will be like the making of fire, iron, printing or genetic engineering all put together.

I show people this and they just refuse to believe that computers can ever do anything as well as a human or that the shown increases are actually happening. I mean they just refuse. There may well be "some" creative task that computers can't do but I wouldn't put any money on it.

Hi Sam,

Re: "Since late 2016 we have entered the age of disclosures! Fasten your mental safety belt and enjoy the ride! Heretic " What does that mean? Your site has [been] around a lot longer hasn't it?

I meant "disclosure of all truths in all aspects of our culture, that have been hidden".

I got this insight during my meditation 5 years ago so I just put it up as a banner. The difference between and after (from my pov) looks stark. Before, up until in the first decade of 2000, I couldn't talk about various mysteries without looking completely crazy to most people. Even simple truth about diet was a "no no" and off-topic during most conversation. In the last 5 years, not only that became totally acceptable and "no big deal", but it became carried by the mainstream. Furthermore similar sea-of-change in the attitudes happened to other taboo topics like UFO, the true extent of sex and child abuses among the elites and the Hollywood, non-dualistic spirituality, past lives, astral travel or remote viewing.

Re: computers

I don't share the enthusiasm. Faster computers can simply obtain the wrong answers faster. It all depends who programs them and how. If everything would be controlled by computers then those who control (program) them would control the humanity. Ain't gonna happen, imho.

Regards,
Stan

It's sometimes difficult to covey attitude when written so I'll just state I'm not trying to be obstreperous but merely noting something that I think confirms my point.

"...Faster computers can simply obtain the wrong answers faster. It all depends who programs them and how. If everything would be controlled by computers then those who control (program) them would control the humanity..."

How is it any different from humans? How is this any different from what we have now? The education, entertainment and information systems we have now are nothing but one big gas-light.

A computer can just as easily understand that it's information sources are being gamed as a human, And seeing as how the technological doubling is not really slowing down.

From Dennis M. Bushnell, chief scientist at NASA Langley Research Center, “Future Strategic Issues/Future Warfare [Circa 2025] “.

https://archive.org/details/FutureStrategicIssuesFutureWarfareCirca2025

"...By 2030, PC has collective computing power of a town full of human minds…”.

I suspect a AI could more easily ferret out the truth by a vastly larger percentage than a human.

And some say that Moore's law is dead but this, and if anyone would know he would, says not and shows why. Here's a talk and below that is a an interview. They're both excellent. Jim Keller gas hit home runs on most anything he has done.

Another aspect of computer revolution that is not often uderstood (actually it is not understood at all), is that there is a fundamental difference between digital computers (digital logic) and quantum computers. All living things use quantum logic, even plants (chloroplasts are quantum devices thus >80% efficiency). All non-living things use digital logic. The difference is absolutely fundamental:

- digital logic device operates in one timeline, one reality slice while quantum logic operates simultaneously across a continuum of probable realities.

We refer to it as the difference between 4D reality (xyz and t) versus 5D reality (xyx,t and quantum phase Phi).

One can use that also as a definition of Life. What does constitute Life as opposed to machine? There is Prigogine definition "Life is capable to locally decrease enthrypy at the expense of increasing it globally"

And there is Quantum definition of Life: Life is 5D "device". Any device even a machine (computer) that is modified to operate in 5D, - will by this definition become alive.

Regarding 5D versus 4D, physics (and about 8D spinor space): I would recommend to read my Clifford Algebra tutorial (PDF).

"...there is a fundamental difference between digital computers (digital logic) and quantum computers. All living things use quantum logic,..."

I read a book about that once. Long ago. I think it was Roger Penrose the mathematician that went on and on about this in excruciating detail. I think it was "The Emperor's New Mind (1989)".

I'm not saying that quantum computing is not going on I will say I'm not convinced that it matters. Just because something is quantum doesn't automatically make it some magic thing. It could very be quantum but constrained action in the brain.

I will contradict myself and say in some circumstances humans seem to be able to do extraordinary things that defy logic. Stuff like dying and then seeing objects put purposely on top of shelves that they can't possibly see that they describe correctly when they are revived. Many other strange things like relating past lives even to the extent that the former families of the people recognize that the reincarnated know things that only their dead family member would know. The point is though that this is rare and not common so really can't be counted as a "trait" of human intelligence in a general way.

Humans throughout history have been continually surprised that they are not at the center of everything over and over. Even to persecuting those that showed evidence contrary. People who have said computing can't do this or that trait humans can do have been continually disappointed when computer power gets fast and dense enough to be equal to what ever task it is that computers can't do and do it.

It has to be noted that even the most powerful supercomputer today has the power of... a squirrel maybe. Maybe not even that but by 2025 according to traditional reckoning it will have the same power as a human. Even with less power than a squirrel and mostly about the power of frogs for personal computers they can do remarkable things.

I believe it's all going to happen so fast it will be like a blink of an eye and sentient or smart enough that you couldn't tell the difference computers will pop up.

Like Cthulhu I hope they kill the Oligarchs off first.

Hi Sam,

It is true that supercomputers can become amazingly efficient in processing the information, however their main constraint is physics. Unless they use quantum logic, their data processing take place through only one linear timeline. In contrast to quantum logic (and quantum devices in general) - that are not limited to only one probably reality (1 timeline) but can span across multitude of possible realities. Because of this, quantum devices are also not restricted to the limitations of time (including the limitation of direction of time!) and space (distance!), at least not in the same way as the linear timeline devices.

I am certainly not as knowledgeable as you two about the supercomputer issues, but I do know the Brits have claimed some success training dogs to "sniff out" COVID cases far more quickly and with considerable accuracy than our mundane "testing" process. Not exactly what you're talking about, but it seems related.

I think we humans have a long, long way to go to match the computational power inherent to biology.

Hiv disease for the last 3 years and had pain hard to eat and cough are nightmares, especially the first year At this stage, the immune system is severely weakened, and the risk of contracting opportunistic infections is much greater. However, not everyone with HIV will go on to develop AIDS. The earlier you receive treatment, the better your outcome will be.I started taking ARV to avoid early death but I had faith in God that i would be healed someday. As a Hiv patient we are advise to be taking antiretroviral treatments to reduce our chance of transmitting the virus to others , few weeks ago i came on search on the internet if i could get any information on Hiv treatment with herbal medicine, on my search i saw a testimony of someone who has been healed from Hiv her name was Achima Abelard and other Herpes Virus patient Tasha Moore also giving testimony about this same man,Called Dr Itua Herbal treatment.I was moved by the testimony and i contacted him by his Email.drituaherbalcenter@gmail.com . We chatted and he send me a bottle of herbal medicine I drank it as he instructed me to.After drinking it he ask me to go for a test that how i ended my suffering life of Hiv patent,I'm cured and free of Arv Pills.I'm forever grateful to him Doctor Itua Herbal Treatment..He assured me he can cure the following disease..Hiv,Cancer,Herpes Virus,Hpv,Pile,Weak Erection,Lyme Disease,Epilepsy,Glaucoma.,Brain Tumor, psoriasis, Cataracts,Macular degeneration,Cardiovascular disease,Chronic Diarrhea,Lung disease.Enlarged prostate,Osteoporosis.Alzheimer's disease,
