The lack of K2 in the vegan diet makes me a little nervous even though I'm on it.I do take a K2 supplement 2-3 times a week.
Also interesting is the data on K2 and prostate cancer.K2 is very protective.

I found that article link on McDougall's forum. Interesting 2 of their members admitted ("confessed" is probably more appropriate word...) in one thread of taking K2 supplements! Some of those vegans have already begun questioning the dogma, fascinating to watch.
I took a LEF K Complex supplement (1 capsule per day) and got a cold within a week. With Green Pastures butter oil, I didn't notice anything. I was disappointed because Stephan G and Richard K both got noticeable effects with K2. I do already eat lots of butter and aged cheese though, so who knows.
